CBT Level 1

Certificate Course on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Level 1

A 28-hour, hands-on course that takes you from understanding CBT to running structured CBT sessions under supervision.

About This Course

CBT is one of the most widely used, evidence-based therapies in the world. But most postgraduates leave their training with strong theory and little confidence applying it with a real client.

This course closes that gap. Over 28 hours, you’ll build practical skills in case formulation, identifying unhelpful thoughts, and applying structured techniques like cognitive restructuring, behavioural activation, and exposure. Through supervised practice, role-plays, and case discussions, you’ll learn to apply CBT across different conditions.
